What is cwrLastSyncFailTime?
This read-only TimeInterval reports the elapsed time since the radio link last lost synchronization with the remote end. An admin uses it to gauge how recently the link experienced a sync-loss event, complementing cwrLastSyncSuccessTime for a fuller picture of the link's recent stability. For example, if cwrLastSyncFailTime shows a very recent event, an admin investigating a customer complaint about a brief outage would know approximately when that drop occurred.
