Description: This object represents the time in seconds since power up when this histogram snapshot was retrieved from the hardware.
What is cwrHistUpdateTime?
An Integer32 in seconds, read-only, giving the device uptime timestamp at which this histogram snapshot was pulled from the hardware. Comparing this value across successive polls tells an admin whether the histogram data is actually refreshing or has gone stale. For example, if cwrHistUpdateTime stops advancing between SNMP polls, the underlying histogram capture has likely stalled or the DSP has stopped updating it.
