Module: CISCO-WIRELESS-IF-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-WIRELESS-IF-MIB::cwr1SecPostARQGoodCodewords

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.136.1.6.6.1.12

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: WirelessGauge64

Access: read-only

Description: This object represents the cumulative number of error free codewords emitted by the Automatic Repeat Query error correction engine at the time this entry was updated. Also called as Post ARQ good codewords.

What is cwr1SecPostARQGoodCodewords?

A WirelessGauge64, read-only, counting the cumulative number of clean, error-free codewords the ARQ error-correction engine has emitted after retransmission recovery, also called Post ARQ good codewords. This is the final delivered-good throughput after ARQ has done its repair work, so comparing it to the raw received codeword rate shows how much payload only survived because of retransmission. For example, if cwr1SecPostARQGoodCodewords keeps pace with the raw codeword rate, the link is effectively lossless to upper layers even while the underlying radio channel is noisy.
