What is cwr1MinUpdateTime?
This read-only Integer32, in seconds since system power-up, records the exact time at which this row's 1-minute performance statistics were last captured. An admin uses it to know precisely when the accompanying minute-level figures were snapshotted, the finest-grained update timestamp before the 1-second entries. For example, an admin trying to pinpoint the exact minute a brief quality dip occurred would scan through cwr1MinUpdateTime entries to find the one closest to the reported time.
