This object sets the number of consecutive end-to-end F5 OAM loopback cell responses that must be received before the channel's PVC connection state is changed to up, and it only applies when OAM management is enabled. An administrator tunes this value to control how quickly, and how confidently, a recovering PVC is declared up after connectivity is restored. For example, setting this to 3 would require three consecutive successful OAM loopback responses in a row before the PVC is marked up again after an outage.
