What is cwoTfoStatsResetConn?
This read-only Counter64 tracks the total number of optimized TCP connections that were reset since TFO was started or its statistics last reset. An admin watches this counter for abnormal connection terminations, since a rising reset count relative to normal closures can indicate application errors, timeouts, or optimization-related failures. A sudden jump in resets coinciding with a network change would prompt an admin to investigate whether that change disrupted the optimized TCP sessions.
