This read-only CounterBasedGauge64 reports the number of current active TCP connections that were originated by an accelerator to pre-fetch data in anticipation of future use. An admin uses this to see how much of the active connection load is prefetch traffic rather than direct client-initiated requests, which is useful context when interpreting overall connection counts. A spike in this counter would help an admin explain a rise in active connections that isn't matched by a rise in actual user-initiated sessions.
