Description: This Object indicates CPU throttling observation period. The value of the CPU utilization for this period is stored in cpmCPUTotalMonIntervalValue. If the value of cpmCPUTotalMonIntervalValue object is above cwoGeneralCPUThrottleHigh, a cwoCPUThrottlingOn notification is sent. If it is below cwoGeneralCPUThrottleLow, a cwoCPUThrottlingOff notification is sent to the NMS.
What is cwoGeneralCpuThrottlPeriod?
This read-write TimeInterval object sets the CPU throttling observation period, over which cpmCPUTotalMonIntervalValue is evaluated against the high and low throttle thresholds to decide whether to send cwoCPUThrottlingOn or cwoCPUThrottlingOff notifications. An admin lengthens or shortens this window to control how sustained a CPU spike or recovery must be before the device actually declares a throttling state change. A short period would make the device react to brief CPU spikes, while a longer period would require sustained high CPU before throttling kicks in.
