This counter tallies the total outgoing bytes handled by the Video Application Optimizer since it was started, with discontinuities marked by cwoAoStatsLastResetTime. An administrator can compare this to the incoming-bytes counter to see how much the Video AO is reducing, or reshaping, the volume of video traffic sent back out toward clients. For example, if outgoing bytes are consistently much lower than incoming bytes, that would indicate the Video AO is achieving meaningful compression or caching of video streams.
