What is cwoAoStatsStartUpTime?
This read-only DateAndTime object contains the date and time when the AO was started, holding a NULL value when the AO is in shutdown state per the description. An admin uses this to know exactly how long a given Application Optimizer has been running, useful when correlating AO behavior with recent restarts or configuration changes. A NULL value here would confirm to an admin that the AO is currently shut down rather than just recently started.
