This object reports the Average Remote Response Time (ARRT), in milliseconds, for unencrypted MAPI connections handled by the MAPI AO since it was started. Unlike the local response time, this figure reflects how long the remote Exchange server itself takes to answer, which an administrator can use to separate WAN/local optimization issues from server-side slowness. For example, a rising ARRT while ALRT stays flat would point an administrator toward investigating the remote mail server rather than the local WAN optimization appliance.
