This object reports the Average Local Response Time (ALRT), in milliseconds, for unencrypted MAPI connections handled by the MAPI Application Optimizer (AO) since it was started. Because it measures only how quickly requests are answered locally, an administrator can use it to judge how well the MAPI AO is accelerating unencrypted Outlook/Exchange-style traffic without waiting on the remote server. For example, a low ALRT here compared to a high ARRT for the same connections would show that local response acceleration is working well even though remote round-trips remain slow.
