Module: CISCO-WAN-OPTIMIZATION-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-OPTIMIZATION-MIB::cwoAoMapixStatsTotalUnEncrRRs

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.762.1.3.4.7

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Counter64

Access: read-only

Description: This object indicates total Remote Requests(RR) served by remote servers for unencrypted connections of MAPI AO since it was started.

Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the MAPI AO. The last discontinuity time is indicated by the value of cwoAoStatsLastResetTime for the MAPI AO.

What is cwoAoMapixStatsTotalUnEncrRRs?

This counter tallies the total number of Remote Requests served by the remote Exchange server for unencrypted MAPI connections since the AO was started, with discontinuities marked by cwoAoStatsLastResetTime. An administrator can compare this figure against the local-request counter to determine what fraction of unencrypted MAPI traffic still requires a full round trip to the origin server. For example, if remote requests vastly outnumber local requests for the same traffic, that would suggest the MAPI AO's local caching is not offloading much of the unencrypted workload.
