This object reports the Average Remote Response Time (ARRT), in milliseconds, for encrypted MAPI connections handled by the MAPI AO since it was started. An administrator can compare encrypted ARRT against unencrypted ARRT to determine whether encrypted MAPI sessions are experiencing extra remote-side delay beyond what plaintext sessions see. For example, a similar ARRT for encrypted and unencrypted traffic would suggest encryption itself is not adding remote-side latency, isolating any slowdown to the local processing path instead.
