Type: Counter64
Access: read-only
Description: This object indicates the total number of SharePoint Pre-fetch optimized HTTP sessions. This counter is incremented for every session on which SharePoint pre-fetch optimization can be performed. An HTTP session is tagged as a SharePoint pre-fetch Session based on the information present in the HTTP request. A pre-fetch operation is one where the edge WAAS device fetches the next set of data (which it anticipates the client will request later) from the server based on the current HTTP Request information.
What is cwoAoHttpxStatsTotalSPPFSessions?
This read-only Counter64, in sessions, indicates the total number of SharePoint Pre-fetch optimized HTTP sessions, incremented for every session eligible for SharePoint pre-fetch, where the edge WAAS device fetches data it anticipates the client will request soon. An admin uses this to see specifically how many sessions are benefiting from the more advanced pre-fetch behavior, as distinct from basic SharePoint optimization tracked by cwoAoHttpxStatsTotalSPSessions. A pre-fetch session count that's much lower than the total SharePoint session count would suggest most sessions aren't matching the pre-fetch eligibility criteria.
