Module: CISCO-WAN-OPTIMIZATION-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-OPTIMIZATION-MIB::cwoAoHttpxStatsAKCAdvCacheTrans
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.762.1.3.3.10.4.1
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Counter64
Access: read-only
Description: This object indicates the Akamai connected cache statistics for total number of cache-hit transactions that were served from cache in advanced mode transparent cache profile. In advanced mode,the cache engine caches media types more aggressively, and caches all object types for longer time (when there is no explicit expiration time).
What is cwoAoHttpxStatsAKCAdvCacheTrans?
This counter tallies the total number of HTTP transactions served from cache while the transparent cache profile ran in advanced mode, which caches media types more aggressively and holds all object types longer when no explicit expiration is set. An administrator can use this counter to confirm that advanced mode's more aggressive caching policy is translating into a higher number of cache hits than the more conservative profiles. For example, if this counter grows much faster than the basic-mode transaction counter for comparable traffic, it demonstrates the practical effect of advanced mode's looser caching rules.
