This object reports the value of sysUpTime recorded when the resource most recently evicted from the CIFS AO cache was last accessed before its removal. An administrator can use it together with the last-evicted time to figure out how long a cached file sat unused before being evicted, which speaks to access locality patterns. For example, a long gap between this last-access time and the actual eviction time would indicate the CIFS AO is holding onto rarely accessed files longer than necessary before freeing them.
