This read-create RowStatus controls creation and deletion of protocol entries for an MGC redundancy group, becoming active automatically upon successful createAndGo, remaining modifiable while active, and removable by setting it to destroy. An admin uses this to bind or unbind a specific control protocol to a redundancy group, and unlike some other RowStatus objects in this MIB, this one explicitly allows modification while the entry is active. That flexibility means an admin can adjust protocol-related parameters on a live redundancy group entry without having to destroy and recreate it first.
