What is portRcvSgmtLpbkCells?
This read-only counter tracks how many Segment Loopback OAM cells the port has received from the network side, the return half of segment-loopback connectivity testing initiated from this or a neighboring device. An administrator correlates this with portXmtSgmtLpbkCells to confirm loopback test cells are being echoed back correctly across the segment. A count that stays at zero despite active loopback testing being expected suggests the OAM cells are not making it back, pointing to a break in that segment.
