Description: Period at wich LCP cells of the IMA protocol can be transmitted. A value of 32 indicates that after 32 cells, one LCP cell is transmitted on that link of the IMA group. Currently, the only value supported is 128 This has same meaning as axisImaGroupTxFrameLength in Forum Compliant Ima.

What is lcpCellsPeriodicity?

This read-only INTEGER (32..128) specifies the period at which LCP (link control protocol) cells of the IMA protocol are transmitted, where a value of 32 means one LCP cell is sent after every 32 data cells on that link; only the value 128 is currently supported. An administrator relies on this protocol-timing constant, equivalent to axisImaGroupTxFrameLength in the Forum Compliant IMA MIB, to know how IMA control overhead is interleaved among data cells on each bonded link. For example, since only 128 is supported on this platform, an operator would not expect to see or need to configure any other periodicity value in practice.
