This read-write integer sets the Cell Delay Variation Tolerance applied specifically to CLP=0 cells, as the CLP=0-specific counterpart to the connection-wide ingrUpcCCDV. Admins tune this to accommodate the jitter expected for high-priority cells specifically, which may warrant a different tolerance than the overall connection setting. For example, a real-time voice connection's CLP=0 cells might need a tighter ingrUpcCDVT0 to preserve timing quality, even if the connection's general CDV tolerance is looser.
