Description: The number of cells received per second from the port in the ingress direction. Maximum value is 5000 because because clear E1 rate is 4830.
What is ingrRcvCellRate?
This read-only gauge reports the current rate, in cells per second, of ingress traffic arriving on the port, capped at a maximum of 5000 because a clear E1 line tops out around 4830 cells per second. An administrator watches this in real time to see how close the port is running to its physical line capacity. For example, an ingrRcvCellRate hovering near 4800 on an E1 port indicates the line is nearly saturated.
