What is ingrQCLPState?
This read-only enumerated value reports whether the channel's ingress queue is currently operating below the low CLP threshold or has crossed into the high-discard regime, reflecting the live outcome of the ingrQCLPThreshLow/High hysteresis configuration. Admins monitor this to see in real time whether a channel is actively discarding CLP-tagged cells due to congestion. For example, a channel repeatedly flipping to high indicates it's regularly hitting its CLP discard threshold and may need queue depth or threshold tuning, or the offered load reduced.
