This read-only Counter, with no default value, tracks the number of HEC errored seconds for the group, that is, the count of seconds in which at least one link in the IMA group experienced a HEC error. An administrator uses this as a coarser, per-second view of HEC error incidence than the raw cell-error count in imaGrpRcvHecErrCount, useful for gauging how persistent versus sporadic the error condition is. For example, a high HEC errored-seconds count relative to a modest total HEC error count would suggest errors are spread thinly across many seconds rather than concentrated in a short burst.
