This read-only enumerated value reports the receive-side status of the channel on the internal CellBus side in the egress direction, again covering normal operation or an internal alarm/AIS/FERF condition detected as cells arrive from the switch fabric headed out to the line. Admins use it together with commonChanEgrXmtState to fully characterize the egress path's health on both the internal (cellbus) and external (line) sides of the channel. For example, an alarm here without a corresponding alarm on the outbound line side would point to an internal cellbus issue rather than a physical-line problem.
