This read-only object gives the header of the first invalid cell dropped by the Ingress Engine on the BNM since last read or cleared, also noted as not available in Release 1. Like its egress counterpart, it provides the actual cell header for one specific dropped-cell event as a diagnostic aid. An admin investigating a disabled-channel leak on the ingress side (on hardware/firmware that supports this object) would inspect this header to identify the source channel.
