This read-only object holds the header of the first invalid cell dropped by the Egress Engine on the BNM since this object was last read or cleared. It gives a diagnostic snapshot -- the actual cell header content -- of one specific invalid-cell event, rather than just a count. An admin trying to identify which disabled channel is generating unexpected egress traffic would decode this captured header to find the offending channel's address bits.
