What is bbIfXmtOAMCells?
This counter tracks the total number of OAM cells transmitted out on this logical interface. It's the transmit-side counterpart to bbIfRcvValidOAMCells, confirming the switch is actively generating OAM traffic, such as loopback cells, toward the far end. If OAM continuity testing is configured on connections over this interface but bbIfXmtOAMCells isn't incrementing, the switch may not be generating the expected OAM cells.
