What is bbIfXmtClp1Cells?
This counter tracks the total number of CLP-1, lower-priority, cells transmitted out on this logical interface. It shows how much discard-eligible traffic is being sent egress, which combined with any downstream discard counters helps characterize how much lower-priority load the interface is passing on. A big gap between bbIfRcvClp1Cells and bbIfXmtClp1Cells on the same interface would indicate significant CLP-1 discard is happening somewhere in between.
