Description: Total number of cells (VC plus Qbin) that belong to this Interface. This maps on to the virtual interface of QE.
What is bbIfTotalCells?
This counter tracks the total number of cells, combining both VC traffic and Qbin queue-bin cells, associated with this logical interface at the Queue Engine's virtual interface. It gives an admin the broadest traffic-volume figure for the interface, encompassing more than just user-VC cell counts. A sudden drop in bbIfTotalCells on an interface expected to be busy would be a first sign of a traffic-carrying problem on that logical interface.
