What is bbIfRscPrtVciHigh?
This read-write value sets the ending VCI of this partition's reserved VCI range, valid only on logical interfaces configured with a single VPI, working alongside bbIfRscPrtVciLow. It closes out the VCI block assigned to a controller on such single-VPI interfaces. Following the prior example, bbIfRscPrtVciHigh would be set to 8191 to complete that VCI reservation.
