What is bbIfRscPrtEgrPctBandwidth?
This read-write setting reserves a percentage of the logical interface's egress bandwidth for UNI channels within this resource partition, mirroring bbIfRscPrtIngrPctBandwidth on the transmit side. It lets the egress bandwidth available to a controller's partition be tuned independently of the ingress share. An asymmetric application might set this egress percentage lower than the ingress one if the partition's UNI channels receive more traffic than they send.
