What is bbIfRcvClp1Cells?
This counter tracks the total number of cells received with Cell Loss Priority set to 1, the lower-priority, more discard-eligible cells, on this logical interface. Since CLP-1 cells are the first to be dropped under congestion, tracking this volume alongside bbIfRcvClp1DiscCells shows how much lower-priority traffic the interface is handling and losing. An interface carrying a lot of bursty VBR traffic tagged CLP-1 would show a correspondingly higher bbIfRcvClp1Cells count than a purely CBR interface.
