What is bbIfEgrPercentUtil?
This read-only value reports the current egress utilization of the logical interface as a percentage, up to 1000 to accommodate oversubscribed readings. It's the transmit-side counterpart to bbIfIngrPercentUtil, showing how loaded the interface is in the outbound direction. A large disparity between bbIfIngrPercentUtil and bbIfEgrPercentUtil on the same interface would point to a strongly asymmetric traffic pattern.
