What is bbChanRcvEOFCells?
This counter tracks the number of cells received from the PXM port for this channel with the AAL5 End-Of-Frame bit set, marking the last cell of a reassembled frame. It gives an admin a way to gauge frame-level throughput on this channel, since each EOF cell corresponds to one complete frame delivered. Comparing bbChanRcvEOFCells growth against overall received cell counts lets an admin estimate the average frame size traversing this channel.
