What is bbChanRcvCellsSent?
This counter tracks the number of cells for this channel that were received from the port and successfully forwarded onward through the switch's Queue Engine. It represents the cells that made it through ingress processing without being discarded, complementing the various discard counters. Comparing bbChanRcvCellsSent against the sum of received cells and the discard counters for the same channel lets an admin verify the cell accounting balances.
