What is bbChanDscdClp1Cells?
This counter tracks the number of CLP-1, lower-priority, cells received from the PXM port and discarded for this channel, the expected-to-happen-sometimes counterpart to bbChanDscdClp0Cells. It shows how much lower-priority traffic this specific channel is losing under the CLP hysteresis or frame discard mechanisms configured via bbChanDiscardOption. A channel with heavy VBR bursting would be expected to show periodic CLP-1 discard during peak periods without necessarily indicating a fault.
