What is bbChanCntClrButton?
This read-write control resets all of this channel's traffic counters, received, transmitted, and discarded CLP-0 and CLP-1, GCRA non-conformance, and EOF cells, when written with resetCounters(2). It gives an admin a clean statistical baseline for a specific channel, for example right after adjusting its UPC parameters to address non-conformance issues. After raising a channel's bbChanUpcSCR to fix persistent GCRA2 violations, an admin would write resetCounters to bbChanCntClrButton to reset the non-conformance counters before confirming the fix worked.
