What is axisImaGroupLastChange?
This read-only 11-byte timestamp records the exact date and time (down to deci-seconds, with a direction-from-UTC offset) that the IMA group's near-end operational state last changed. Administrators use this to correlate an IMA group's last state transition - say from active to a failure state - with other logged events or outages on the network. For example, if a customer reports a WAN outage at a certain time, the admin can check whether axisImaGroupLastChange matches that timestamp to confirm the IMA group itself flapped at that moment.
