What is ausmPortOversubscribed?
This read-only value reports whether the total bandwidth committed to connections on the port exceeds the port's actual physical capacity. An administrator checks this flag to identify ports where provisioned SVC/PVC bandwidth reservations, such as those configured through ausmPortIngrSvcBandW, have collectively outstripped what the port can physically deliver. A port showing ausmPortOversubscribed as true(2) is a candidate for either reducing reserved bandwidth on some connections or upgrading the port's capacity.
