What is ausmConnRemoteSCR?
This read-write integer sets the Sustained Cell Rate expected from the remote end of a VBR connection under PNNI control, the far-end counterpart to ausmConnSCR. Admins configure this when the two ends of a PNNI-routed VBR connection are expected to sustain different average rates. For example, an asymmetric VBR connection with heavier traffic in one direction would have a higher SCR configured on that end than ausmConnRemoteSCR on the other.
