What is ausmConnRemotePCR?
This read-write integer sets the Peak Cell Rate expected for the remote (far) end of the connection, mirroring ausmConnPCR but describing the other side, and likewise falls back to a value derived from end-point parameters if left unset on MGX. Admins configure this when the two ends of a connection have or are expected to have different peak rates, which matters for asymmetric services. For example, an asymmetric connection with a higher download than upload rate would have a different ausmConnRemotePCR than the local ausmConnPCR to reflect that the remote end sends at a different peak rate.
