Admins interacting with connections managed by these controllers would see this reflect whether ForeSight adaptive rate control has been activated for the connection's Qbin assignment. For example, a connection set up automatically via PNNI signaling with ForeSight service would have ausmConnForeSightEnable set to enable as part of that automated Qbin configuration.
