What is ausmChanRowStatus?
This read-write enumerated value is the provisioning control for an AUSM channel row, letting an admin add a new channel, delete an existing one, modify its attributes, or take it out of service (down) via the outOfService setting, with mod used to bring it back up again. Admins use this as the master action object for lifecycle management of a specific PVC/channel on the AUSM card. For example, to temporarily take a problematic connection down without deleting its configuration, an admin would set ausmChanRowStatus to outOfService, then later set it to mod to restore service.
