Type: Gauge32

Access: read-only

Description: Number of successful archive of Incoming SMS messages since router reload. Each SMS message occupies x bytes of space. So if the incoming message is huge, then it is archived as multiple of x bytes but still called as one SMS message. This is the difference between c3gSmsInSmsArchiveCount and c3gSmsInSmsArchived.

What is c3gSmsInSmsArchiveCount?

This read-only gauge counts the number of successful archive operations for incoming SMS messages since the router last reloaded, where a large message archived in multiple byte chunks still counts as one archived message here. An admin monitors this to confirm that the SMS archiving pipeline to the configured server is actually working, since messages should be moving out of local storage into the archive over time. For example, if incoming SMS storage usage keeps climbing while this archive count stays flat, the admin knows the archiving process has stalled and messages aren't being offloaded as expected.
