What is c3gModemActivationStatus?
This read-only enumeration reports whether the modem's account with the carrier has been activated(2), is notActivated(3), or is in an unknown(1) state. An admin deploying a new cellular router or SIM would check this first when the device fails to get service, since a notActivated(3) status means the carrier account itself needs provisioning before any signal or connection troubleshooting is worthwhile. For example, a freshly installed router reporting notActivated(3) tells the admin to contact the carrier to complete account activation rather than investigating antenna placement.
