What is c3gGsmReqUmtsQosRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object manages the creation, modification, and deletion of a row in the requested-UMTS-QoS table. An admin uses this standard row-management mechanism to actually commit a new set of requested QoS parameters for a profile or remove an existing entry. For example, after setting all the individual requested-QoS columns for a new profile, the admin would set this RowStatus to activate the row and put those QoS requests into effect.
