What is c3gGsmPlmnSelection?
This read-write enumeration configures whether Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) selection is manual(2) or automatic(3), the default. An admin switches this to manual(2) to force the device onto a specific carrier network rather than letting it automatically choose, similar in purpose to the GSM network-selection-mode object but specifically at the PLMN level. For example, at a site with multiple available PLMNs where automatic selection picks a weaker carrier, an admin might set this to manual(2) and specify the stronger preferred PLMN.
