What is c3gGsmNetworkSelectionMode?
This read-write enumeration configures whether the GSM modem selects its network automatically(2), the default, or requires manual(3) selection. An admin would switch this to manual(3) in situations where automatic selection keeps choosing an undesirable network, allowing them to force attachment to a specific preferred carrier. For example, near a border where the modem's automatic selection keeps picking a foreign carrier, an admin might set this to manual(3) and specify the desired home network directly.
