An admin compares this against the requested traffic class to see whether the network granted what was asked for or negotiated down to something less favorable. For example, if a profile requested a conversational traffic class but this negotiated value shows only interactive was granted, the admin knows the network didn't fully honor the request, which may explain degraded real-time performance.
